netmap.downstream.regulon.aggregate_edges¶
- netmap.downstream.regulon.aggregate_edges(selected_edges, grn_adata, key='unique', grouping='source')[source]¶
Aggregate regulon attribution scores across edges.
For each cluster and source gene, averages attribution values over all selected edges to produce a single regulon activity score per cell.
- Parameters:
selected_edges (dict) – Nested edge dict from
select_top_edges().grn_adata (anndata.AnnData) – GRN AnnData with attribution values in
X.key (str) – Top-level key to use —
'unique'or'all'. Defaults to'unique'.grouping (str) – Column to group edges by —
'source'or'target'. Defaults to'source'.

Regulon activity matrix, shape
